A playful take on discovery and Scent
This machine prototype was created as a way for users to experience scent in an isolated, playful way. This machine removes the senses of sight and touch from the desired smelling interaction. The claw mechanism works to remove touch from the interaction, and the scent box locks away the desired object. Then the user places the machine to their nose, where there vision is blocked off, and a tunnel from the scent box emits smell directly to the nostrils.
